【武漢ウィルス】マスクを買った人は、どうやって手に入れた？　購入できた時間帯も明らかに

家計簿アプリなどを手掛けるリサーチ・アンド・イノベーション（東京都港区）は、自社の運営する家計簿アプリ「CODE」で登録されたレシートと商品バーコード情報を基に、マスクの購入について調査を実施した。その結果、「並ばずに買えた」と答えた人が約7割にのぼったことが分かった。

調査では、3月25～26日の間、実際にマスクカテゴリの商品を購入できた消費者のうち295人に対しアンケートを実施。「このお店にあるとは知らなかったが、来店したら買えた」「たまたま品出しのタイミングだった」「このお店にあることを知っていたので、来店して買った」との回答が約7割だった。

一方、入荷の有無を認知しているかどうかにかかわらず、「開店前から並んで買った」と答えた人は3割弱にとどまった。ニュースでは店舗の行列がよく取り上げられているが、意外にも並ばずにマスクを購入できている人のほうが多いようだ。

また、マスクを購入できた人のうち、半数以上は朝（午前7～11時）の時間帯に購入しており、早朝～昼までを合わせると約75%を占めた。しかし、夜から深夜（午後7時～午前3時台）に買えた人は1割未満にとどまることから、仕事帰りに購入するのは困難な状況であると言える。

購入した店舗については、約6割が「いつも買い物しているお店」と回答。購入チャネル別比率では、「薬局・ドラッグストア」が56.6％を占めた。ついで、「スーパー」（15.3%）、「コンビニ」（14.6％）と続いた
