【速報】中国政府「エアロゾル感染」とうとう認める　新型肺炎　「飛沫」より感染力強し

【北京＝西見由章】中国国家衛生健康委員会は１９日、新型コロナウイルスの感染ルートについて、従来の飛沫（ひまつ）感染と接触感染に加えて、霧状に浮遊する粒子に混じったウイルスを吸引する「エアロゾル感染」の可能性があるとの見方を示した。中国政府が公式見解で認めたのは初めて。

　同委が発表した文書は「比較的密閉された環境で長時間、高濃度のエアロゾルにさらされた場合に感染の可能性がある」と指摘した。エアロゾル感染は、感染力が非常に大きい空気感染とは異なるとされるが、患者のせきやくしゃみによる飛沫感染と比べると感染範囲は拡大する。
