厚労省の氷河期採用、140倍　初の筆記試験

　バブル崩壊の影響で就職難だった「就職氷河期世代」を対象に正規の事務職員を募集した厚生労働省の筆記試験が2日、東京・霞が関の本省など
都内2カ所で行われた。政府は昨年、国家公務員の中途採用枠で氷河期世代の重点的採用を打ち出しており、既に内閣府が小論文などの書類選考を
実施しているが、筆記試験は厚労省が初めて。

　厚労省によると、1436人が受験した。今年5月に10人を採用予定で、競争率は約140倍となった。

　受験資格は1970年4月2日～85年4月1日に生まれた人で、過去1年間に正規雇用の実績がなく、かつ過去5年間に正規雇用の期間が通算1年以下が条件。
